If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment you MUST let us know at least 48 hours before, otherwise, you will lose your deposit.
Deposits for appointments where stock has been purchased are NON REFUNDABLE deposits – i.e. Any Fillers, Fat dissolving, IV drips, PDO threads.

The remaining treatment cost is to be paid for in cash or the same way as a deposit i.e bank transfer or PayPal (client pays PayPal charges)
If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment then I’m afraid it will be canceled and you will lose your deposit.
