PLEASE NOTE: Appointments are NOT guaranteed until a deposit is paid – deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless you are not suitable for the treatment booked.
Please also be aware that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment you MUST let us know at least 48 hours before, otherwise, you will lose your deposit.
Deposits for appointments where the stock has been purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE deposits – i.e. Any Fillers, Fat dissolving, IV drips, and PDO threads.
FINANCE
If you opt to pay by finance your finance needs to be accepted prior to your appointment to qualify.
PAYMENTS
We DO NOT take cards in the clinic, sorry for any inconvenience. You can pay via Cash, Bank transfer, Klarna , Clearpay or finance. (once approved)
If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment then I’m afraid it will be canceled and you will lose your deposit.
